its easy to prove, its called a dashcam. a couple of the incidents you descried are stuff no one would have cared about if you hadn't yourself reported to the mega carrier. a two inch scratch on a already banged up trailer becomes an accident. I think is actually a mega way of keeping drivers, ding up their record with bullcrap so they cant leave and go elsewhere

I would investigate if she can even be insured if you go with your own authority. 1 incident in the first months is understandable, 2 suggests you're not paying attention, 3 suggests another occupation, perhaps demo derby driver.

You don't swerve to avoid oncoming 4-wheelers, you have to let them hit you to ensure their vehicle is still at the scene to provide evidence your "accident" wasn't your fault.

Video might provide that evidence, but the rule of thumb today is... if you're going to commit a crime, record it on video so your lawyer can use it to convince a jury of blithering idiots you didn't do it.

Was an accident report filed on any of these accidents? Was an insurance claim filed? If not it may be easier for her to make a change. It would be better for her if she made the change before the company makes the decision for her. If these show up on her DAC or MVR she will be considered high risk. Her history demonstrates that she is not careful. If she can work this out so that she can continue working then she needs to go for the next couple of years without having any incidents or accidents.

I wouldn t say that his wife is unsafe, but she s just having a few common newbie mistakes. The incidents themselves aren t that bad, but the frequency in the short time span is what s hurting her. The company s Safety Director and Insurance personnel begin to worry that if she had that many incidents in such short time span, would the next incident or accident become a major DOT recordable accident meaning is there a tow away from scene? fatality?, or injury requiring a trip to hospital

Don't be afraid to get a piece of the other vehicle. I've been forced to do it twice, and both times it has worked out in my favor.

Well... don't be afraid if you keep your poop in a group. If you're stretching those HOS you better drive it like it's stolen and you have an outstanding warrant for arrest.
