I have been helping a buddy of mine to get back into trucking. He does have a class 1 but not too much driving time. I was just wondering if there is a sign or banner that we could put on the trailer doors to let other drivers know he is a rookie so not to holdup other trucks. We know that it might be hard because of the aluminum. We are team driving so I would like to be able to take it off when Im driving. Thanks there guys and gals.

how bout a placard that says Greenhorn?
Bandit3999 Thanks this. -
Well, There's always the bed sheet and a sharpie. LOL
Seriously, you could probably have one made at like office depot or someplace like that. But, are you sure you want to put such a sign on your rig? It just seems that it would make you guys a target for jerks and the like. I suggest if he needs lessons(so to speak). Just go ahead and teach him.It won't be any different than the thousands of other newbies out there. Most experienced drivers(though some are just plain mean) have learned to realize that rookies are part of the landscape now, and usually will overlook minor mistakes, As long of course that an insurance agent or speed cop aren't involved.Bandit3999 Thanks this. -
LOL, That is just straight up mean! Just put a sign on the door saying I am with stupid and give him a I am stupid shirt.
What the heck!!!! LOL,LOL,LOL -
You won't need a sign, it will likely be OBVIOUS!
Hey, we were all rookies at some point.Omasdaddy Thanks this.
