new driver ends up with a bad DAC in 6mo

    I as terminated at Schneider Bulk after 6 mo. Unfortunately I had 2 non reportable accidents. One @ a truck stop where I broke another truckers head light.It had been storming all night , was late in my 10 th hr. drive time (I still take full responsability ) the other in a schneider yard while backing Put a small scratch on a fender. There not reported as an saftey issue. Does anybody know a trucking company that might accept this?

    Try the small local companys in your area. The mega fleets probably won't touch you but that may not be a bad thing.

    Agreed. Some of the smaller companies know how the Mega Carriers abuse drivers, if you can find a good match, they might be proud to have you.

    Perfection looks like a good minimum standard if you need to fire drivers as soon as they start earning pay increases.
