new driver help

    Hey folks I am a new driver getting ready to grad out of school. I don't want the come BS every place sucks bla bla bla. So for somebody new out of school who would you work for????? Thanks :O_o_1PIRATES8:

    What are your requirements on the compmpany ie
    Hometime
    training pay
    how much are you looking to make per week
    kind of trucks you want to drive
    what kind of trailer do you want to pull Reefer, dry box, flat bed, tankers, double, tripples
    what areas are you looking to run
    what areas are you not wanting to run
    etc

    Go to the Swift thread Polksalt is just starting with them and talks well about them. You won't find a company out there that won't p**s you off from time to time. I can't give a name of the best to work for as what works for me may not work for you but whoever you choose do the best you can hold true to your appts drive safe and you will do just fine. If you drive it like you own it you will be at your best Good luck.................
