New driver here - Roehl or Crete

    I have offers from many companies but have narrowed it down to Crete or Roehl. Crete has a terminal near my house (I40/I75 in Tn) and say I qualify for a dedicated or the southeast regional runs. I like Roehl's 'pitch' about home time and the training.

    Any pros or cons from those in the know?
