New driver less than 3 months terminated

Just curious…do you think that you were too angry and rude to shippers and managers on the phone?

 

Do you know if you're rehireable and do you owe money to Driver Solutions?

 

What’s it say in your hire right report for reason for your termination?

 

I used to drive for PAM. It is common for them to let people who owe for their CDL go right before they hit the 3 month mark. You do have some dings on your record but if they count you as rehireable you may hear from them in a month or so asking if you want to come back. I'm not saying they will for sure but I've seen this happen before. Whether or not you want to go back is a different matter.

 

Chicago companies from craiglist starting at 80c per mile , no experience necessary patiently waiting for you and will be glad to book your flight as soon as tomorrow... They dont care about your rude and angry attitude

 

35 cents a mile in nearly 2023 is crazy. That’s why you don’t get your CDL from these companies. I bet your checks were like $400 after tax. They did you a favor.

 

If every shipper , receiver , idiot 4 wheeler that cut's you off makes you angry , then you are in the wrong profession just sayin
