New driver looking for a decent sw kansas company

hi, i dont know where to start . i got my cdl A 05/24/2014 . i have applied to tmc , melton ,schnider, jb hunt and some other . i have 4 accident in last 5 years . one of them was not my fault . some companies called me and i told them when i graduated n all . now my question is which steps should i take ? should i call them , is it ok if i calle them more then once . how long does it take to get into orientation for most companies ? if somebody can give me some answer please . i really want to get into the trucking . this is the only good decision i took in 8 years of usa life . i m sorry for my grammar

 

Op, if I could gun that Delorian up to 88mph I would have gotten the hazmat and pulled tanker. You won't like van and reefer getting CPM.
