Who do you like for starter companies around Houston?

And yeah, I’ve heard some stories about TMC. They’re definitely one the most well-kept and professional companies out of any starter gig, but I couldn’t imagine getting written up for a dirty truck. You can tell when a truck just went through a dirty area, like south Texas, versus when someone has neglected to get it washed in weeks. I’d be irritated if I was running Laredo to Minnesota and had to wash it twice in three days because of dirt down south and salt up North. I don’t know if they’re actually that strict, but it wouldn’t surprise me considering how often I see their trucks in a 2 hour line at the streakin’ beacon. TMC probably looks good on a resume for a flatbed career path though.

Being a flat bedder at Prime, and or at TMC looks like what it is on a resume in trucking; flatbed experience.
Not only that, I see harder loads (by that I mean, more difficult to secure) being shipped on Prime, a hell of a lot more often than I do TMC, who loves their regular bulk, heavy ### cargo.
