Trimac called me today about a regional tanker position hauling chemicals. It’s been about a month since I posted this thread so I now have 5 months under my belt. They did ask about the driving school I attended which was 160 Driving Academy. Were they once Star Truck Driving School? If so then I think should be in the clear with that, but I would like some insight about Trimac from any current company drivers. The good and the bad. Oh do they hire felons or anyone on probation?

Well, I did finally pass the weird multiple choice Hazmat exam. I was surprised, I hardly studied anymore than last time.

Chicagoland home of one of the Nascar racing venues huh? I've been driving tanker now for 4 months i do have more experience hauling reefer, dry freight, wide loads, steel, bulk sugar, etc etc having hauled almost everything i've got to say hauling fuel has its perks we get paid extra cause of the risks involved the only waiting is at the fuel terminal if there's a line of trucks waiting to get loaded we can start what time we want and finish when we want and every fortnight we get a nice big pay check, tanker driving is cool. P. S a fortnight is not a fort, it means 2 weeks for those not in the know.
