    Sounds like a control thing most owners will never climb inside that truck, they should be more concerned with finding an ### to fill the seat and be productive.

    Massive strike and everybody would quit that day and walk out. Wish truck drivers would take that concept up.

    While I don't disagree with that, I think because the bar is so low these days you're pretty much stuck with trying to find someone who can shift without tearing transmissions apart.

    Nah, your truck smelled like an ashtray. You didn't smell it because you were a smoker and your co-worker was just being nice to you.
