That's not what you actually get out of the inverter through a cigarette plug. The ones that are 300-400 watt that have a cigarette plug also can connect straight to the batteries which is where you'd get your 300-400 watts.

You're not going to find one for the watts you mentioned. The wiring probably couldn't handle the amperage needed and most likely you're looking at a 10amp fuse limiting you there as well. And no, throwing a larger fuse in there is not a good idea. It might be different in a different company's truck, but if they really do skimp on the electrical gauge from costs, probably won't work or cause damage to something.
