New driver, probably going Roehl or Melton

I'd go with Melton and do a year there minimum.
If you still want tankers after the year, then look at Schneider or another tanker company.
Probably a dozen tanker companies to choose from after 12 mos. experience.
Prime Inc. hires new grads for tanker, but probably Northeast regional, so not sure how many miles are involved.
Indian River Transport in Florida hires all over and is a coast-to-coast food grade tanker company. Hires new cdl school grads.
