New driver Q orientation

    how long is usx orientation? Thinking of going there or schnieder international. I know schnieders orientation is about 19 days. I dont mind being there that long but if there's any other company that has a shorter orientation process that yu guys know about let me know. & Idc about payroll rn. Rookie yrs will always be one hell of a yr, im more focused on building miles n experience at the moment.. just dont wanna be held up too long at orientation. Turning 21 in a few days.. let me know if u guys know of anything thnx - ric

    Watkins shephard has a 10 day orientation. Paperwork, videos, driving a bit and then you get keys to your truck and ride off into the sunset.

    Great company to start with if you're confident with your backing.

    Perhaps I am out of the loop.

    19 days of orientation, the part where you get shuffled around, and watch nature films and look at pictures of screw ups in trucks? Not talking about any time being assigned to a trainer truck, correct?

    3 weeks? What could take so long? DNA results?

    Yeah, i never understood why some of these places did such a long orientation.

    You either qualify or you dont. You either get it or you dont.

    Lol well, on another note, atleast those DNA results came out good. Glad that guy didnt reproduce!

    Yeah. Even so, odds of the little boy living a decent life is extremely slim. Poor kid.
    That girl had pretty good speed to be as big as she was. Surprising too was the big screen didn't fall off the wall.
