    Hello truckers!
Quick question I got my Class A CDL license about 1 year ago and unfortunately right after school I wasn't able to complete my dream and go over the road.
Now I'm able to do it but I am no longer sure where to start.
Would I have to go back to school and take a refresher class?
Or will company's take me like this?
Any advice or help on where should I start is highly appreciated! Thank you all!!!

You might try working for a large farm hauling grain or hay.

If you plan on starting with a mega carrier I think they all will require a refresher course.

There are companies that will hire you and put you through their own refresher program or at the very least put you with a trainer for a longer period.

I wouldn't pay out of pocket for a refresher.
