    It's still required to verify employment for the past 3 years whether you were driving a CMV or cooking french fries at McDonalds and account for any gaps in employment.

    I don't care what you're seeing or not. I can read between the lines. The sum of this guys post has the obvious tone that he enjoys having control over the lives of his drivers and he makes sure that drivers know it. It's the same attitude that most cops have.

    He starts the post by telling drivers that he is
    If I was going to work for that company and he immediately defined our working relationship in those terms, I would immediately seek other employment.

    If you would be happy working for this jerk, I'm happy for you. I wouldn't put up with that crap from a co-worker.

    I'll have to agree there not so much this thread but when talking to them on the phone they'll stretch the truth fail to mention some of the more important policies can't answer certain questions or they dance around your questions.all signs of a company you do not want to drive for.the aggressive companies like jbhunt is the worst far as recruiters.
