Typing in caps is considered yelling, and generally not appreciated.

My suggestion to finding a new job. Do it while your still employed, its much easier to find a new job when you can fill in on that little line "currently employed" I think you might be pleasantly surprised how many companies will consider you for employment with only 4 months in the truck.

Just make dang sure when you leave your job, you're not setting yourself up for a company that's actually way worse.

You're not making any $$$.....How much are you making ? An average week net ? I'd say stick it out for at least 6 months, then your ticket falls off....Come on Dude, you can do it...........

Just stick it out....July is not that far. Do your research in the mean time and as others have said, get your job while you are still working. Then give a two week notice and then move on....just my two cents worth. Best of Luck to you!

Running flatbed can be allot of work. Running flatbed for a BFI to make more money than another division is a wash. IMO, the more work/liability isn't worth the slightly higher pay. I think you have to really want to do flatbed to be happy.

Hang in there, it will get easyer.
