i dont know which part of OH your in but if your close to Wintersville or Washington Court House, OH give Schneider a call concerning there Wal-Mart fleet...i started out on one of these things and minus the trucks being in ##### poor condition it wasn't a bad gig.. the home time was there if you lived close enough to the terminal and my first year i made over 37K being home every other night or close to it.....

I can agree with everything that has been placed on this thread so far, Werner is lower than a worms belly hair and Roehl has gotten pretty fair reviews from what I've seen. I did the training in phoenix for swift and while the training wasn't bad I still wouldn't want to work for them any extended period of time. The main things to consider is do you have the toughness to stick it out with whatever company for at least a yr if you plan on going local thereafter? Do you have a plan B if this doesn't work the way you planned? Also by being a new trucker are you ready to understand that mistakes will happen, guff will have to be taken and basically we all do this for reasons other than $ because if it was about money this would be a surgeons forum-lol!
