Hello,
My names Cardea and I'm new here looking to learn a thing or two. I'm in Trucking School now and looking to work with a local O/O on the side until I'm ready to make the jump. I'm Active Duty Navy for going on over 10 years now. I may ask questions from time to time but it's all in an effort to learn.
New guy here and here to learn...

-

Hey guys.. veteran here as well. I'm also from the St. Louis area myself. If I was interested in moving back home after I got my CDL, would my license be good for driving out of St. Louis or, would I have to get a new CDL for that area? I'm in NC now.
Chinatown Thanks this. -
You'll have to contact that DMV for requirements after becoming a resident. If you have a NC CDL, then it should be honored and transfer over unless there is some stipulation specific to where you are moving. Otherwise, you can drive on your NC CDL all the same for the period of time required by the state and it's residency laws/rules.

If you change your residency/domicile to St. Louis, Mo you'll have to switch your cdl to that state or any state you move to.What type job you looking for? Will you have endorsements?
