I am new to the forums, I am a 23 yr old male just got my CDL in california . I have no experience at all in trucking.. I passed my dmv w a 8 speed eaton fuller ... and kind of know how to drive a super 10 ...What is a good company for recent CDL grads? beginners? I have been super stressed because I can't find a company most of the ones I see have really bad reviews SWIFT , CRST etc... I am trying to get some experience so I can apply to a local company in a couple years. Any help would be greatly appreaciated!

My recommendations are Jim Palmer and Navajo Express. Reefer and lots of west coast.
I'm with Schneider and they treat me pretty well here. But our west coast division seems to create "you'll kill yourself from running California all day" reviews. What do I know though, never been there.
Good luck. And don't freak out lol. Also, for the love of whatever you think is holy, don't go drive for swift or crst.
As far as megas, I haven't seen that many horribly awful things about roehl, crete, prime, jb hunt... Ok, maybe Crete and prime and jb hunt, but roehl is pretty alrightNJHANIBAL, Mike2633, Jbeltran805 and 1 other person Thank this. -
