    Double brokering happens, it's just not well liked by most owner operators, as it's more money taken off the top.

    One tip . . . . a broker's commission should NEVER touch the fuel surcharge, NEVER. The broker doesn't pay for fuel, so the broker should not touch the fuel surcharge.
