    I believe, though I have not checked the law in a while that truck drivers in Canada are not drug tested unless they have to go to America, which many Canadian drivers do.

    I support the legalization of marijuana, but I don't dare use it because I have a CDL and I just don't need the headache or the worry about being tested.

    That being said, I would not mind taking a puff every now and then, but since I have a CDL, I don't.
