I won't do another recertification the new contract says we're required follow all federal state and local regulations and laws.

    Never mentions company policies.

Keep this updated on what you guys find and how this works out. For some it won't be an issue, especially if you live near an OC. For those that don't, I see it being a huge concern.

People keep saying it's an agreement not a contract like there is any sort of big difference between the two.

Contracts are just formal agreements that are legally binding. Does anyone really think that Schneider did not have a team of lawyers look over the new contact/agreement or whatever you want to call it to make sure it is legally binding? Sounds like a contract to me.

Convincing yourselves that it makes any difference what you call it will not change the outcome in the end.

While I'll agree in general what you're saying, the thing about their lawyers, you don't think their lawyers are going to tell them what they want to hear??...the laws are so open for interpretation that you don't think $$$$ talks, just see what SNI'S retainer bill is for the law firm they have...

An anbiguous contract is that way for a reason, it leaves lots of room for interpertation and selective enforcement.
