Almost word for word what my ICA said. Sure you're not sitting in a cubicle in Green Bay?

He wasn't taking a trailer period they told him he had to.

He called in and said take mt pick up off work assignment because he was bobtailing home. They told him he had to take mt to OC not even a customer. He had no choice.

I am not assuming that at all. You know far enough in advance on your pre-planned loads if you are bting or taking an empty trailer if you look at your task lists. If there is something that doesn't seem right or make sense I've call in about it. Sometimes the box planners mess up and don't realize it unless you say something. It's all about communication letting them know what's going on out here.

You're in a thread asking what we think about the new contract complaining about drivers who don't see things as you do.

    That's the joke.

This driver called told them he was going home and did not need the mt. Customer was not making him take it Schneider box planner did. He had no choice without fear of a fine.

LOL!!!! HE!! NO. I can't stand being inside all day. That's one of the reasons why I drive a truck. I am just asking from a logical side of thinking. I am very analytical. The only cubicle I sit in is my Freightliner. You can see the picture of it in my avatar. One of these days I'll update my picture to the one that shows my company logo on the side of the tractor.

But then again I wouldn't want schneider to single me out and term me for something random as well. Though on here it doesn't take a rocket scientest to figure out who I am .

    What a joke.
    You don't own your trailer.
Your avatar is a SFI spec'd Freightshaker.
Your numbers are suspect..23.5 cpm for a truck/trailer?!
    In what world?
    Please..I've had it with this S H I T.
You have a ICA so you don't own a trailer.
So where did your numbers come from Einstein?
    Bob tailing 4-500 miles..really?
Are you a complete idiot..or just slow?
5-7 hours out of your day to go get a load and you expect us to believe you're taking 5k home?
    Yeah right..dream on.
I see the same freight you do..so nope I don't believe it.

Sign the contract because your ICA says it's ok..yeah right.
What they're telling you and what is WRITTEN are 2 different things.
My ICA told me the same thing..and told him what I told you.

I'm DONE trying to help..most people just want you to agree with them they don't want a real answer.
Jerk offs like you make things hard on the honest people trying to come here and make a REAL world decision on joining Choice.
Spouting this garbage make you feel good?

Sign the contract and cry later..

    I'm out.

Oh that's not true at all. I mean you task list will say it but it can be changed at a moments notice. Already happened to me...about 5 miles from my delivery my task got changed from take empty trailer to next customer to drop off empty at different customer and bobtail to next customer.

I didnt make a stink because it was on the way, I got the spot fee and I had time....however it's not worth it and if had I been pressed for time it would have been an issue.

    Opus and TennMan Thank this.
