The only option is to no t sign the agreement.

There is nothing an IC can do because it's an Operating Agreement.

It is not a contract. It does not give the IC any say it is purely a Operating Agreement that by signing says we agree to their terms.

Yea I was thinking about coming back just for the hometime and knowing where everything was. But from the new contract and the fact that I been hearing the HD DC to DC loads are no longer on the board I'm kind of resistant... My old ICA reassured me that the way I used to run and where I lived nothing would a affect me but that went in one ear out the other

I know yours not, i think it was red October, not comparing the 2 from prime or SFI because i dont have one but I've seen the insides of both a prime FL and SFI FL and there both pretty darn identical.

One of my biggest issues is dropping a trailer before I go oos. I routinely drop a load and bt 146 mi to the house. My next load is usually 100 mi further.

Its never been an issue because the customer I usually drop at always needs trailers and there are customers within 30 mi of the house that always have extra mts.

According to the new agreement, SNI can now charge me for it, even though I'm actually helping them out.

That's why this thing is screwy, and it looks to me like SNI just wants to cut a little more out for themselves.

Contract must have people up in a bunch, alot of these guys I have gotten to know over the last few years are normally alot more level headed then this.

First time in a while I have strolled over here only to see everyone biting each and others heads off. :)

    Be safe all!

A week ago I read nothing but good things on here, since then things sure are different... I believe that if you communicate and act in good faith this new contract will not change the way most of you have ran in the past, sounds like SNI has been put in a position of freight not getting coverd in some markets "low Rates" and people BT out to save time from loading and unloading to get better paying loads? I maybe way off and wrong but just my 2cents
