Anyone who assumes that SNI will pay tolls the same as before better take care.
The way it's worded is different than the old contract.
It doesn't say ANYTHING about approved tolls..it states all tolls that incur via EZ-Pass will be deducted from your settlement.
Not to mention EXACTLY what they consider reasonable relocation miles to drop your empty.
Until the powers that be get it straight it would be unwise to sign the contract.
My ICA was in a meeting this afternoon about the all the conflict over the new contract.
So we shall see..

It makes no sense!! If you go >100 miles from last delivery to next pickup they can charge you or you can go back within 100 miles to get an empty. WTF!!!

Sad news about the tolls if that's the case..
I won't touch the Northeast anymore unless somehow rates go higher.

Well yes it sucks I don't think its a make or break for me personally, I understand how it can be a huge pain in the ### but it is what it is... im still happy and i love life with no dispatcher lol, if the day comes with forward facing cameras I'll have a problem then..
