Step 1: Install Forward Facing Cameras

Step 2: Once Driver Is Comfortable With Forward, install Driver Facing Camera

Well we did choose to come to a mega carrier :biggrin_25524: so of course there's going to be some BS to deal with.
As long as they keep tossing good loads at us to pick from and don't put a nanny cam facing me in my truck then I'm fine. If that ever changes then I'm out of here faster than you can say "screwed up tandems".

It's a shame ther are screwing up what sounds like a good thing. I'm new to the industry(start driving in two weeks) and this program is something I may have been interested in in the future.

Just to clear one thing up I stay hooked to my MT when I am home for a 34 if and ONLY if I am dispatched on my load leaving out of my house. Like I am right now and I will be next week if all goes well I am booked trough sept 5th and that's with a reset at home.

Just got off the phone with my ICA. The new trailer policy is to compensate Schneider for the guys that do what they want instead of communicating and following the work flow Yes you can do what you want, but at a cost. Reading into it, it does not affect my operation.

Regarding Tolls... They will pay like they always did. No change.

you guys can go on making this a myth fest, but if you communicate and work with them all is good.

That's exactly the point. As an IC, we do what we want. Outside of what you agree to when you book a load, they can't tell you what to do with your equipment.

    TennMan Thanks this.

But the trailers are their equipment, not the IC. The IC is just "renting" them.

The language change suggests a shoe waiting to drop though.

So the question is, who at SNI determines when such things are warranted? ICA ?

    TennMan and TruckDuo Thank this.

Then why did they change the language?
