Just fill the fuel filter with ATF.
Fuel will get to the screens no matter what position they are in, but the exhaust side is where the fuel galley is….

Sorry, my phones a butthole and flipped the pictures. But I attached the top stop injector adjustment procedure directly from the shop manual for ya. If you're more savvy than me, you can probably download and rotate the pics back. Hope this helps. Everyone else pretty much has got ya straightened out here though. Good luck!
