I understand the sister deal; the Orient is heaven for that. It's even better when you have one or two live-in nannies/housekeepers in addition to the sisters. I keep two nanny/housekeepers and keep them a few months, then get new ones. They stay in my overseas condo and take care of it even when I'm in the states. Life is short, enjoy it while you're healthy. Philippines has a Social Security office in Manila and veterans organizations representing all the military services. It's a good place for an old veteran to retire; even if all you have is Social Security, can still live a relaxing carefree life. Philippines has a "Philippine Retirement Authority" to assist Americans that want to move there; it's on Google.

I will tell you another thing while I am thinking about it, I was hired by a temp agency a while ago, got tired of putting in an app, waiting for a call crap and needed to keep my skills up. I filled out the app, dropped it off at their office, talked to the office manager (it was my interview) and the next day I had my orientation. In that orientation, there were five others and out of six only two of us had experience - the other four had their newly minted CDLs, zero experience. The following week those guys were working, I was too for that matter but for me it was a bit more of "go do this because no one knows the truck" stuff. Now the company I am working for right now wants to hire me (I've worked for them on and off for the past three months), they said an odd thing in their offer today, they didn't need an app to be filled out and don't need references because I already proved myself. The funny thing is they hired another driver a few months back who went through the same temp agency and he was told the same thing but he didn't have any experience when he started - I had to teach him a proper pre-trip. I am on the fence about the job, I enjoy the different assignments.

The point is expeirence for local work is not always needed.
