New Member with questions

Man is that ever the absolute truth. I can't count high enough to count the families that doing business has ruined. But,....as with any and all business transactions there is risk. So since they are not close and personal, I'd either do it all with a handshake so backing out can be done on both ends, or have a lawyer draw the papers. No back of the napkin write ups with family.
