New O/O beware of Foley Carrier Services

I thought they were out of business. I used them for drug test few years ago and canceled. when I got my authority they started calling me like crazy offering me their services.
the reason I canceled is they added services I didn't ask for to my invoice.

 

I have an air horn for text sum beech that calls with that crap. They call 8,9 , 10 at night. About ready to burst some eardrums......

 

Just received call from this company, I promise you the last sentence above is word for word what they said to me.

 

We have Foley Carrier Services for Factoring, unfortunately, they love to prey on those that have to use their services. They get a fee for their services but act like you work for them and they are doing a favor to even help you! They have the rudest customer service I have ever seen, and it is my plan to tell anyone and everyone about them. One of the rudest ones was the supervisor and so I was assigned to another rep but they won't help me, they just quote the process, I am like why do I have a representative when you don't really help me, you just get a paycheck and never go the extra mile or provide any "service". I went up the chain to the upper level and was assured they would provide better customer service, that lasted about a week. I highly recommend that YOU DO NOT USE them for a factoring service and would appreciate any feedback about a good one that will actually talk to you, get back to you and actually provide customer service.

 

All factoring companies are predators. Stay the hell away. If you need quick cash, use quick pay.

 

As a rule, if they contact me first, I run.

 

when i got my authority i told more people to f-off that month than i probably had in my entire life....lol

also many letters got filed got filed in the trash can stating that i was not in compliance or that i was in danger of having my authority revoked ect. very poor practices imo i would not give any of them a cent of my money.

 

These idiots e mail me multiple times a day trying to sell me theire services.

 

I just signed up with Foley and this person douse work there I have talked to him but don't get me wrong I have been trying to get them to send me my confirmation of my DOT # from the DOT and they keep giving me the runaround so as far as that goes I'm done there
