New o/o running a company, pay questions??

No way man - it already sounds like you’re second guessing and barely scraping by paying $1500 per driver per week, and now cut into your revenue more by paying a % to a dispatch service? IMO you need to know this business enough to dispatch yourself and all of your drivers. Maybe even take few weeks off yourself and get some experience at it. Don’t pay anyone else to do it unless you get to the point of being able to afford it without feeling the pain of that cost.

Just my opinion, I don’t have drivers, and won’t even feel close to comfortable hiring one until I have 250k saved up in my bank. That may never happen - lol. Everyone’s different though!
