    Copy that..

Looks like I will be looking for another company position at least until getting the house situation sorted out, because as you said any other scenario plays out running thin to say the least.

I don't know. Lot of variables to consider. Giving me a headache lol.

I really don’t have high hopes for the trucking industry to get better.

It's 2 years taxes and consistent JOB income.
    For ANY loan.

And FYI....... FHA isn't being offered at the moment. And only qualifies rural housing. That means living in the sticks.

I completed the process in June. Moved in July. Brand new house. Most of us got screwed out of the FHA. And had to go conventional.

    Brand new street and construction.

    Freymiller might hire you.
Have a program to help drivers buy a home.
    Contact a recruiter.

I'm just repeating what the mortgage loan specialist said. 1 year for conventional 2 years for fha he said. I'll ask him again to verify though.

You have been unemployed for 4 months. No lender will touch you.

He didn’t seem to understand why I asked about being unemployed. Like that’s not the very first question a banker will want to know. It’s about determining the borrowers risk.
