I don’t think anyone is saying that it is impossible to do it the way you are suggesting. We are suggesting a more financially solid business plan. Let’s face it. Lots of people go out of business because they did not have enough money of their own. Simply relying on other people’s money has its limits. Doing it your way can potentially hit that limit, and if not, destroy your credit score for excessive new credit requests, total amount owed vs amount available, ability to pay back and on time, etc.
I repeat, I am not saying never to get loans. Just don’t use your credit as an emergency fund. It’s really not wise.
