Read your contracts, and pay a lawyer to explain anything you don't understand. That $100 you spend could be what keeps your business afloat when the other party tries to mess with you.

Make your contracts benefit your company. If they don't benefit your company then why are you doing said thing contract covers.

Get a lawyer versed in business law. You don't even have to retain one yet, just do the research and know who to call when you need one.

    Here are the top 5.

    1. Find a better company job and save your money. Save what you think you'll need and then double that amount.

I'd buy a used TransAm truck.
Most have a warranty and are loaded with driver comfort amenities including APU.
    High Quality Tractors- Kenworth T680
TransAm Fleet Equipment Sales is a subsidiary of TransAm Trucking whose tractor fleet consists of equipment with an average age of only 30 months. With strict preventive and predictive maintenance activities performed on the equipment, TransAm’s equipment is in great shape when it reaches its trade stage. TransAm Fleet Equipment Sales then has the power to offer this quality pre-owned equipment for sale.
    Auxiliary Power Unit Already Installed
All tractors come equipped with an Auxiliary Power Unit (“APU”) which eliminates the need for idling and consumes only a fraction of fuel compared to a running engine. The APU provides heating and cooling comfort and shores power for the driver.

A large fortune is turned into a small one in trucking.

You will find that you have earned 100.00 this friday night and there will be a about... oh... 3000 dollars worth of accumulated children crying for that money.

    And it's gone.

    You sure you want that?

Probably own authority, but still figuring that out for sure. I've been looking around at trucks to buy, but if you have advise otherwise I'd be open to other ideas.
