If your FM isn't helping you, then the person you need to contact is Steve T. Ask the switchboard op to connect you to him or email him at stassin@primeinc.com. In fact, you should have been given his contact info when you were placed on your TNT truck. Were you, and have you tried to contact him?

1 for 3 contacts
1st ~ Not my Department, not my job, not my problem
2nd ~ Not my Department, not my job, not my problem
3rd ~ Call back Monday, I'm the weekend duty,
Before I go to pointing fingers at Prime, running them down the road, I've got to look at the three fingers I've gotten pointing back in my direction.
I should have, could have and in h in hindsight WOULD have. Obviously there was a disconnect / miscommunication/ misunderstanding at least on my end.
Thanks for the suggestions and advice. I'm going to bite the bullet until Monday, and give my FM the opportunity to resolve this in an amicable manner that is beneficial to both parties, and proceed from there.06driver Thanks this. -

Training Dept
Duty (Weekend) Fleet Manager/Dispacther.
Switch Board and Recruiting (To see if the could connect me to someone or forward me to someone, they did forward me to the Weekend Duty. -
Live and learn. I should have been more proactive, "aggressive " and decisive I'm handling this, and normally in most any other given situation I would have BEEN.
Been new to Prime and the trucking industry, I'm somewhat off my "Center " as I work my way through.Just passing by Thanks this. -

I was only using Recruiting and the Switchboard as a Point of Contract.
Steve L Department on the pad is who I spoke with. Was informed that they only dealt with "Permit Students" and to contact my Fleet.Manager, which Recruiting put me on touch with after a lengthy wait.
I'll own up to more than my.share of this more of my own MAKING? -
Yeah I think you share some responsibility if you have sat at home for more than a week and wait for a weekend to try contacting anyone. If he's coming back this week they probably wont be able to get a trainer to you before him anyway.
Live and learn. Weekend is only gonna be a help in emergency or getting appointments moved. Most business needs to be handled during the week.
Pretty strange that a trainer would pick up a student right before he's going home for two weeks like that, but c'est la vie. -
Wow, I would plan on moving and declaring a beach of contract with them at this point, no excuse that a "trainer" should be able to take two weeks off while in charge of someone's "training"
OP don't accept the excuses, don't let them crap on you. -
In the light of a new day? I'm of the opinion I should give "The System" and the decision makers behind the same an opportunity to address the issue.
Trouble is? My fault, (For the most part, one part IGNORANCE, one part STUPIDITY, one part INEXPERIENCE) I'm looking at three, potentially four weeks no pay what so ever, while my 90 day "Take It Or Leave It" insurance clock is ticking off?
Which potentially, if not handled properly could put me even further out from receiving a check or even receiving a "negative check"
What is all said and done here? Is all together another said than any "Official Communication " via email or telepathically with Prime or it's representives in so far as Breach of Contract goes?
Or put otherwise? The Less Said, the Best Said.
At this point, my best option my simply be to seem other employment opportunities quick, fast and I a hurry like.
Hindsight being 20/20 I should have raised a "Yea But,........ or two from the jump?
