Shoot, Prime has always done us right on reimbursements! Hubby came home for Christmas, bobtailed home, and the truck sat in the front yard for 4 days. It snowed 3 of those 4 days and when we went to check on the truck (it is at the front of the property, we are in the middle) on the 3rd day we noticed the 5th wheel needed greasing. Called RA and they told hubby buy the grease, get a gun to apply it, and we will reimburse you. He got a PO and it will be on the next check. He needed coolant and they PO'd it as well. If it is for the truck, and is a justifiable need, they have never had a problem with it.

If you follow the rules and send in the right request, they take care of their drivers, bottom line.

It's far easier to add coolant, fifth wheel grease and anti gel when He fuels the truck. Just say yes to add additional products.... Sometimes you can even get washer fluid... Why washer fluid is sometimes denied by Comdata is beyond me.

If he adds it to the fuel ticket, no money out pocket, and no waiting till the next check for reimbursment.

Why would you need more than one bottle at a time?

I'd always want to be prepped going into a storm in case the next place I fueled at was sold out. That being said, I buy my anti-gel at Wal-Mart, cheaper.

OK, Im always up a bottle anyway... I Always have a bottle left over at the end of winter... and for the same reason, I always have at least one bottle already when I get another.

I like to have the second one on hand... I've actually pulled into a fuel stop - and zippo! Every last kind, bottle, and brand of anti-gel was sold out. Besides, the stuff doesn't seem to spoil over the summer!

    Back to useless I see.

You're wrong about that as you are about 99.9% of the smart-a%%ed remarks you make across all carriers on this forum - good or bad. You have no clue about this since I doubt you've ever driven a CMV.

    Injun and 123456 Thank this.
