New Prime Inc. O/O Team Applicant

I saw my first Prime trailer in a ditch last week... It was an O/O pulling it... I didnt get the name off the side of the truck.

Kinda made me sad it was a Prime trailer (it was still upright) but it was eased knowing it wasnt a L/O or Company Driver

More often then not, its a FedEx trailer I see.

 

I've seen FedX put doubles on the side in the ditch in dry weather in the middle of summer. Them guys are pros at wrecking.

drivers working for crummy companies won't be drivers for long !!!!

Most are not aware of resources they can use.

 

What truth? How about the one that the FMCSA has no clue how to make the new rating system work yet. Practically every carrier is now being shown to be deficient in one area or another - because they're using bogus data.

How about the truth that probably half of the data collected over the last three years is on the basis of warnings that were handed out by LEOs on the basis of not trying to get anyone in trouble.

How about the truth that the little know-it-all non-driver troll poster has no clue about how this new system works - and that the official result of any of this at the FMCSA is sending a letter to the carrier stating the deficiency, and asking them to look into ways they can improve?

How about the truth the 654321 has no freakin' clue.

 

Prime is crooked! I was ripped off of money by my fleet manager and when i would tell them that drivers they put on my truck were a safety risk they would not remove them. I had one good co driver out of three. The CDL school is good but the company is a joke and security is known for spying on drivers and violationg cilcil rights. I am not black so there is no bigotry on my partprime gets away with alot being that the head of their security department is retired FBI and Springfield Missouri has the ideology of a police state.

 

Why would a company need to hire former,

They didn't need to hire former FBI.The head of security was a Marine Officer.Resigned his commision to join the FBI.Was in the FBI for a few years assigned to New York City field office.Then decided he could make more money in the private sector.

Simple story of someone living the American Dream,better job with better pay.Kinda like I am doing at Prime for the past four years as a very happy Lease Op.
