How do they violate your cilcil rights?

I'm not black either. Does that mean that I'm not a bigot?

Were you on the company side? How were you "ripped off?" Gotta say all three FMs I've worked with were more than honest, and went beyond what they had to do financially for me.

Well, you and I differ here, but while I think Prime is a pretty good outfit as large trucking companies go, your mileage may vary. Why do you say "the company is a joke?" I've never heard of security violating anyone's rights. If this is the truth and you have some evidence of this, you should contact the Labor Dept.

They hire former LEO types because they are looking for professional investigators - and the head of security is more involved with cargo security than investigations. I don't know where you get the "police state" c.r.a.p. from - there is no bullet-proof glass, and very few areas that are not accessible to all employees. You can certainly see Rob Low any time you want assuming his schedule is free.

Co-drivers must of ratted on him for something.

There is the story of the trainer who pissed off his trainee. Trainee knew the trainer had a bottle of booze on board the truck. Trainee calls ahead to the terminal and Prime security meets the truck with the State Troopers in the inbound bay.

No one is forced to team with anyone, so you invited these guys on your truck to drive. Trainees arent forced onto trainers trucks either. If I dont want a trainee now, I dont have to have one.

Ive been fully supported the one time I had to throw a trainee off my truck (btw I did it at a Terminal). Trainee knew what was expected of him, and he had been reminded the week prior in a conference call with our dispatcher. So he had been warned.

My dispatcher sends me a name, phone number and asks me to call them and see if we would be a good fit. Ive had a couple trainees that I have passed on after a phone interview.

I cant ever see myself teaming with a co-driver. Only one captain on this ship, so I will stick to a trainee or two a year.

I'm coming up on 3 years. Nobody has violated my cilcil or civil rights. Havent been ripped off either.
