    The same issue is present through multiple models! You can't even grasp that concept, how is anyone at Rand going to be able to troubleshoot the issue?

    They just bought into a Microsoft solution without knowing a @#$_ thing and expected it to work. And now it's my problem? Wake up.

    Why waste my time? You seem to know how to post, then you must be able to look on your unit and tell me the model.

    They are asking too much $ if I need to spend time on the phone instead of driving.... they are selling crap. That isn't what they advertised is it?

    How many times do I need to tell you what the model is? The product is so screwed up it doesn't matter what model it is! Every new model is the same failure! Same problem not fixed and just pushed on to the next.

    Well for the past two days, you have not given me the model when I asked..... I am not going back and reading pages upon pages of posts when in the last two days of your repeatedly posting multiple posts you could be an Adult and simply answered the question of "What is your Model Number".
