Hey bad news. Went back to work tonight and the first junction view didn't work. I'll keep an eye out and will keep you updated.

Hey there made to Portland from Las Vegas, unfortunately not a single JV popped up. We tried turning the unit off several times as well as turning off JV and back on again. Any more ideas?

On my 4th Rand. Reading all these posts nothing seems to have changed.
Current 730 still crashes at least once and up to 3 times per day. Still does weird routing. Still runs me down weight restricted roads.
Now that I have to upgrade to ELD In December I thought about the new Overdryve that came out. BUT when that one crashes what's that going to do to my logs. Is it going to flag a violation????

Lots of competors out there. I like the Rand features but is is constantly one of the inaccurate and unreliable "tools" that I use.
    Anyone using the overdryve now?
All my units have had catastrophic events and always had to be sent to Rand for repair or replace. Last one I got was a new 740 from them because the sales lady said it would correct all the problems of the previous ones.
But it still the same. Have done all the updates and diagnostic tests but it still crashes everyday at least once

Don't know about overdrive system but I run a Garmin 770. Have had it for 2 years and no crashes. The routes and mileage are pretty spot on. I use it to track IFTA & IRP and I've been impressed so far. It's not as user friendly as RM at first, but you get used to it. I've heard Garmin now has an ELOG add on. You might check into that. I don't need ELOG, pre 99 truck, but my cousin runs the JJ Keller ELOG on a tablet and he says it's pretty nice system.

  10. so I'm just starting out and I've made a cpl trips so far and I've just been using my phone (android) Google maps and keep truckin edl. I like the keep truckin cause I can edit it if I get into some trouble. anyway my question is, is there a GPS out there that has all the stuff in one package? I'd like to find a good quality GPS with dashcam and edl and ifta something that tracks every road and turn I made for the day that I can download and print ifta and logs everyday.
