New rating system-opinions?

I see that Swift is starting a new rating system for drivers. What do you guys think?

For those who havn't seen it, basically a driver is rated on timely delivery, miles run, tickets, accidents and service failures. Ratings are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platnum, and Diamond. (you get a gold star, Jimmy!)

They say (in the email) they'll be using it to assign better loads and pay increases. I hope so. The only part that hurts me is miles run since I'm a regional, but they also say they are going to modify ratings for fleets and dedicated accounts.

Just curious to hear the opinions.
