TRW gear. Front axle on stands no load. After stops adjusted. Turn to the stop left and right engine running at idle. Pull the steering wheel hard against the stop each way. I think it says 40lb pull on the wheel. Go lot drive and make sure you have assist all the way to the stop.

Both Saginaw and TRW service info is free online if you need it.

Dont see many Sheppards. Just looked it up and it is the same. Auto plungers. Search Sheppard and download the D service manual for complete details if needed. Should be straight forward as I described above.

We didn't spec these two dumps. Someone ordered six and only took four of them. Salesman knew it was a similar spec to what we run. Trucks are from Arkansas. We do run 11L in some of our other quad axles, the Mack MP7 and Cummins ISM. We have had good luck out of the MX-13 and have over 25 of them so it is what we will probably stick with for simplicity sake. Surprisingly, the MX-13 seems to fit in engine bay better and is way less cluttered than the MX-11 in a Pete chasis. Similar fleet as ours has speced a couple MX-11's, so we will let them be the guniea pigs.
