New team owner operator looking for brokers

doubt anyone will give up their brokers, and the people they use for dispatch. That would mean less work for them.

how ever your going to get responses like “Load boards”, “do your own research”, and few others.

 

Why would anyone help their competitors take food off their plate?

 

If you're a team, why couldn't you dispatch yourselves? Nobody will have your best interest in mind as much as you.

As for brokers, CH Robinson is my go to.....

Team? That's easy. Tons and tons of good options out there for team.

 

I am seeing something more and more, people jumping into the game without preparing themselves for it, before buying the truck, they need to learn all the business stuff like work sources.

this industry won’t support these high rates because we will again see a saturation of trucks and drivers with a lowering of rates and the desperation of some owners taking anything from load boards to make ends meet.

 

rates really aren’t even high right now, just where they should be, but I doubt it will last

for my fill in loads to get to my customer I use Tql….

 

A team shouldn’t be looking for a dispatch service why give away that percentage to them when one of you is just sitting there.Brokers look around where you live first and make some calls.
