I just completed my training w/ CR England, and have my CDL. I begin my phase one training w/ my cousin next week. We plan on being a team. I hear that is the only way to make a good living.

I read alot of bad stuff about England on the internet the last few days. Is ther anybody out there that can say something good about the company ? I would like to hear.

I am a little worried now that I made a mistake w/ CR England, but my cousin said, he is happy for the most part. He has been a trainer most of the time except for the first two months he solo'd. He said he was only able to make 800.00- 1000.00 a week, but when he started training drivers as a second seat he doubled that. The most he has made was 2700.00 net, after all the expenses. Normal is 2000-2400 a week.

I hope there is good news out there somewhere about this compny.
If it doesn't work out after I evaluate phase one can I get work, and buy my own truck, and make a good living ? Would love to hear from anyone who has been around awhile about the biz...

    God bless,

The good is that everyone has to start somewhere. CRE is a training company. How long has your cuz been driving? PLEASE don't tell us he started at CRE and after only two months solo he became a trainer... I know CRE does this, and it is like the blind leading the blind. Babes in the woods, so to speak. Otherwise, get your experience and your training, enjoy your time, and if you are happy there, great.

Thanks for your message. He was a phase 2 trainer after 2 Mos. which really means he had a second seat driver available for him so he can make those payments, and money. They really do not train in phase 2. In the 1st phase of training is where you get the training. After that, the 2nd phase is driving to learn more of the life style. (you are teamed up w/ someone else, and basically doing the job, and this helps the driver financially) As a new driver trainee with him you only make .13 cents a mile. Then you can go on your own or become a phase 2 trainer which really you are not training, but helping the new driver, and helping you with accumulating more miles. I hope all that made sense...

Thank you for your input- Ghost Rider
