Just get as much documentation and information that you can for the accident and KEEP IT! Most of the problem with accidents is the fact that the individual just can not give clear concise information about the accident. If you have the information about the dismissal its even more important. I say this for everything involved in your history from here on going forward. ALWAYS keep and update your job history somewhere that is easy to find and better yet, copy and paste-able. Gaps need to be documented as well.

 

The charge was dismissed, so you should be ok.

Valid CDL-A and Medical Card
