Hello all!!! Wannabee or maybe not!! Been on here for a week now reading messages. Been laid off from construction for over a month now and looking into other options. Have checked out a number of schools in Indy. Driver Solution (USA, PAM, & Star) dosen't sound like a vey good option according to what i have read. Spoke with Werner rep the other day. Again, dosen't seem very good according to the info on here, but then I heard good things too. Checked out CREngland also. Have information coming from Roadmaster and SAGE. I am going to try to pay for school myself so i do not get stuck in a contract. Any other info that i may be over looking.

Not sure what state your from but in michigan you can get help paying for your truck driving schooling. The governer started a while back what is called the no worker left behind act, that will pay up to $5000.00 a year toward schooling and trucking is one of them.

What you need to do is go to your nearest works station, here in michigan its called michigan works. they can answer any and all your questions that you have. I hope this helps, if your not from Michigan check with your state government agencys and see what might be availlable.

    Good luck, pbroad...
