New to oilfield hotshot, looking for any advice

    I'm new to oilfield hotshot. I and my partners have a few 1 ton flatbeds , 40' floats available (not leased with a terminal yet), and two 1/2 ton hotshot trucks. We have one of our one-tons leased with a terminal and the 1/2 tons leased with a seperate company terminal. Any advice from someone more experienced would be great. How do we (a). retain drivers? (b) make more hauls/backhauls? Any information is appreciated...just want to take care of my drivers and make my organization as profitable as possible. Thanks in advance.
