What freaking possible law could they have that regulates what kind of covers you have on your bed???

May come a time when a situation presents itself that you wished you had one, like this past brutal winter.

APU's & trucks break down. No fun when temps -40 & below and your in the middle of nowhere. Been there, done that! Mine has saved my rear. I'm a safe, rather than sorry kind of guy. Won't go anywhere in winter without mine, and winter can be pretty long when running all 48.

I carry both a low & high rated in winter. Use whatever appropriate at time. Come good weather, leave the low rated behind.

    Just my experience. ;)

There is no relevant guidance on this section, but "bedclothing AND blankets" could be construed to mean that a sleeping bag by itself without sheets does not meet the requirements.

That certainly sounds like a "squeal like a pig, boy!" kind of interpretation...

I never said I agreed with the interpretation, just that it could be. :biggrin_25520:

Finished orientation in Pittston PA. got cleared this morning my trainer will be here tomorrow. The whole process was not as intense as they make it seem. The 2 guys that run it run a smooth operation. Cbt's are not that bad very informative, all the classes too. The people are very nice hotel was OK and the food was great. Looking forward to hitting the road.

    Computer based training.

Basically a bunch of classes (modules) with quizzes that have to be passed.
