with ready you also have to move a certain amount of their vehicles within a certain time period or else they suspend you for 6 months. and the stuff they have is usually inops or repo stuff. repo stuff requires an appointment at least 24 hours in advance and they have terrible hours. usually 9-2pmish. so you gotta meet their minimum with taking #### which can be a pain to get out of their probation period.

 

I worked for five trucking companies as a dispatcher
and each company was over 10 years old
and of course I saw all the picture in depth.
None of them could get rid of load boards
even having long term connections and contracts.
Cuz dealerships usually can load you in one direction
and then you’re gonna need a load back
and it’s usually of a load board.

 

If you have your MC then start loading of a load boards
and make connections with brokers and dealerships.
Or find somebody who can do it instead of you,
it may be someone of your relatives,
or find yourself a dispatcher.
In this case you’re gonna develop you own business.
If you don’t have MC then find somebody with MC.
There are a lot of small and big companies.
