New to the Forum

Hi everyone, I am new to this Forum and the trucking world in general. I work for a well established company that does a lot of freight shipping between Georgia and Connecticut. My boss has used major freight companies for years to move his freight, but due to the increase in cost has decided to buy a few trucks himself and hire myself as a dispatcher to fill the trucks on the way down to Georgia. I have been reading a lot of information on here and many other pages that have been very helpful. So I just wanted to say hello and thank you all for any information in advance. So I guess my first question would be what load boards do you guys suggest to get started with? I see there are free ones and paid ones. Do the paid ones necessarily get you better loads? If so which ones? Thanks again I look forward to communicating with you guys and maybe be able to give you guys some of our loads.
